Soaking in the Creative Spirit
Online Workshop -  Cost $250.00

Facilitated By Barbara Mitchell

The workshop “Soaking in the Creative Spirit” will focus on contacting our sometimes hard to reach creative centre. We have many experiences in our life, good and bad. When we observe life’s realities from the surface we tend to write from the surface. "The season fills me with wonder"...."autumn is so beautiful". Sentiments that can be so much more powerful when we observe the rule “show me, don't tell me”. The facilitator will guide you through exercises that will help you to immerse yourself in the divine, the disabled, the disorder, the despair of your own reality. Over the ten lessons your work will be about soaking, sinking and rising up clean. You will be prompted to write about a variety of themes and to explore elements of your life. You will also have the opportunity to share and discuss your written work with Barbara and receive a total of three critiques by email.
