Dancing Naked in our Words

…to be naked is to be vulnerable

…it is to be open to criticism

…it is to be bare and accessible

To Dance in our nakedness implies celebration. We want to give ourselves permission to explore our thoughts and feelings and to adopt bravery in our act to commit them to the page.

Barbara Mitchell is an internationally award winning published poet, poetry judge, and producer of multi-media poetry/ photo presentations. She is an active member of the Stroll of Poets and the Canadian Authors Association. Facilitating a variety of poetry / writing workshops she guides and inspires participants to reach new creative heights.
